Payment & Refund

Payments for Velvetloop House services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on velvetloop.buzz.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from studio@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Belgium norms.
• Velvetloop House wrote the payment notes for this site separately from other service tracks — confirm fit via studio@this site.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact studio@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Antwerp unless otherwise stated.

Written care notes follow every framing shop handoff here and we keep Belgium holiday closures noted on the door card. Bring reference photos when they help.
